How Can I Make an FOI Application?

If you would like to make an application under the Freedom of Information Act 1991, you can lodge a formal request and pay an application fee (see the Fees and Charges Schedule for fee information). Reguest for Access Forms are available either to download from the links below, from the District Council of Elliston Customer Service Centre or at the State Records of South Australia website.
